2. Service Description
Havelin Detailing provides professional automotive detailing services, including but not limited to:
- Exterior detailing and paint correction
- Interior deep cleaning and restoration
- Ceramic coating application
- Paint protection services
- Professional automotive photography
3. Booking and Appointments
- All appointments must be scheduled in advance
- 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
- Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
- Deposits may be required for certain services
4. Payment Terms
- Full payment is due upon service completion
- We accept major credit cards and cash
- Deposits are non-refundable for specialized services
- Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt or pet hair
5. Service Guarantees
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, please note:
- Results may vary based on vehicle condition
- Some imperfections may not be fully correctable
- Satisfaction issues must be reported within 48 hours
- Touch-ups are provided at our discretion
6. Vehicle Condition and Liability
- Pre-existing damage must be reported before service
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions
- Personal items should be removed before service
- We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage
7. Photo and Marketing Rights
Unless specifically requested otherwise, we reserve the right to:
- Photograph vehicles before and after service
- Use photos for marketing purposes
- Share results on social media
- Feature vehicles in our portfolio
