3. Booking and Appointments

• All appointments must be scheduled in advance
• 24-hour notice is required for cancellations
• Late arrivals may result in shortened service time
• Deposits may be required for certain services

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due upon service completion
• We accept major credit cards and cash
• Deposits are non-refundable for specialized services
• Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt or pet hair

5. Service Guarantees

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. However, please note:

• Results may vary based on vehicle condition
• Some imperfections may not be fully correctable
• Satisfaction issues must be reported within 48 hours
• Touch-ups are provided at our discretion

6. Vehicle Condition and Liability

• Pre-existing damage must be reported before service
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions
• Personal items should be removed before service
• We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage

7. Photo and Marketing Rights

Unless specifically requested otherwise, we reserve the right to:

• Photograph vehicles before and after service
• Use photos for marketing purposes
• Share results on social media
• Feature vehicles in our portfolio
